RETURN POLICY

  • ALL SALES FOR PROMOTIONAL SALES AND PRODUCTS DISCOUNTED 20% OR MORE ARE FINAL. DISCOUNT CODES CANNOT BE APPLIED TO SPECIAL.
  • THERE ARE NO PRE-PAID RETURN LABELS PROVIDED BY STALLIONXTR.
  • SHIPPING COSTS ON ALL ORDERS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM ELIGIBLE REFUNDS.
  • CUSTOMERS WILL BE ALLOWED TWO RETURNS PER YEAR.

30-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE

  • All items are eligible for a one-time full refund if returned within 30 days of receiving the product, regardless of whether the product was used or opened.
  • You must return the bottle, even if it is empty, to receive credit for the money-back guarantee. Only once per product, per household, for one 30-day supply is valid.

UNOPENED PRODUCTS

  • You may return unopened item(s) for a full refund within 30 days of the delivery date. Your item must be returned in its original unused or unopened condition and within 30 days of delivery. Only the cost of the product will be refunded to you. The shipping costs are NON-REFUNDABLE. All return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

FREE OR PROMOTIONAL ITEMS

  • If you received free/promotional item(s) or purchased a discounted bundle, you must return all items to receive a refund. If you choose to keep the free item(s), the full retail value of the free/promotional item(s) will be deducted from your refund. If you return the free item(s) with more than 20% usage, you will be charged the full retail value of the free/promotional item(s), which will be deducted from your refund amount — this applies to ALL orders.

3-MONTH & 5-MONTH SUPPLY RETURNS

  • If you purchased more than one 30-day supply (e.g., a 3-month supply of StallionXTR) and want to return a portion of your order (e.g., keep one item and return the remaining two), you MUST return all remaining items in their original sealed containers to qualify.

RETURN TO SENDER

  • Orders returned to us by the shipping carrier due to an insufficient address, an incorrect address, or addresses that have been vacated will not be reshipped.
